Due to the nature of digital marketing services (time, resources, and ad spend involved), we do not offer refunds on completed work. However, we offer a satisfaction guarantee and will work with you to achieve desired results.
A 50% refund is available if work is cancelled before development begins. Once development has started, refunds are not applicable. We provide milestone-based delivery to ensure transparency.
Full refund available within 7 days of course enrollment if less than 2 sessions have been attended. No refund after 7 days or after 2 sessions.
Domain registrations are non-refundable once registered. Hosting services are refundable within 14 days of purchase, subject to usage terms.
